Rural tourism, which also includes hotels and bed and breakfast establishments, offers hospitality to those who seek direct contact with nature and the flavours of the earth. Many of the numerous rural buildings spread throughout the vast countryside have been restored to offer comfortable and welcoming accommodation to national and international tourists who seek the fascination of the hinterland with the peace of its medieval villages and the surrounding countryside.

It will be difficult to forget, after even only a short visit, the flavours, the sounds and the colours of this Tuscan land. Strong, quiet, lively, where sometimes, perhaps by magic, one is not able to distinguish if the sun on the horizon is preparing itself for the dawn or whether it is drowning in the sunset.
